Refund and return policy
No refunds on ingredients.
Other items should be returned in original packaging, unopened and unused.
Requests for a refund should be made within 3 days.
Once items are returned, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
Refunds will not include the cost for the delivery or return of items.
Refunds will be given in the form of the payment method used to purchase the item(s).
Please notify us immediately if an item is missing from your order or if you have received damaged goods.
Item(s) will be exchanged or refunded depending on the request of the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of orders should be made within 24hrs after the purchase.
Credit card customers will be required to cover associated transaction costs upon cancellation of an order.
Delivery Policy
Orders placed before 10am are processed for same day deliveries.
Orders placed after 10 am are processed within 24 hours and are delivered the next day.
Same day deliveries are made only in Kingston, St. Andrew and St. Catherine. Conditions apply.
For orders placed outside of Kingston, Knutsford Express is our courier service of choice.
However, customers can choose who they prefer to use as their courier service.
There may be delays in deliveries on weekends.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays nor public holidays.
